  • I just bought one the other day and have been using it for 2 days now. So far, I really like it - I put it on in the morning and then check in every once in a while. You are able to sync your fitbit with mfp which is great. I 'm still learning all the features on it, but so far so good.

  • Does anyone use a watch pedometer? I have a clip-on pedometer now and really don't like it - it doesn't always seem to track my steps unless its directly on my skin. I was looking into the Tech4o Accelerator watch - does anyone use this? Thanks in advance for any tips/suggestions!

  • Thank you for this very informative post...I just joined MFP and just started working with a personal trainer. I am still a little naive when it comes to caloric intake and exercise calories and all that. Looking forward to seeing some results with a realistic goal in mind! Thanks again!!!
