I'll join! I was up to day 5 level 2, but haven't done any for 2 weeks ... went on vacation and fell off the wagon. I figured I should start Level 1 again... so this would be a good time!

I am on level 2 day 5 (I think?) and it is hard on the knees. I don't have problems with my knees - except they are weak... you may not be able to do it if you had a knee replacement.

That is FANTASTIC!!! Congrats!!!! I am on day 2 Level 2 and have not lost alot of weight, but I feel my muscles getting harder in my arms so super stoked that I will have after pics like yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD JOB!

I am on level 1 day 9 and have done it everyday... except yesterday... but I found doing it daily made it that much easier.... I do still struggle with the arm raises - but that to is getting a little easier (still REALLY TOUGH, but easier!) A little scared to move onto Level 2 on Thursday ..... Not sure if skipping days…

Good question! I just used the tool on here and it told me 1332, but I eat around the 1200. I have the same problem in that I am not losing any weight.

are you basing that on the MFP Diary? I saw something yesterday about the default % is set by MFP and you can change that based on your needs - hopefully someone that understands it more can explain it! I was going over everyday as well and I changed by options .....

I did the same thing.. no wine, but had 2 and half pieces of veggie pizza ... felt gross all night. But MAN IT WAS GOOD! lol extra excercise on my agenda today! I think we all need a free pass once in a while to keep us on track!
