I am with you on this one....I am not going to measure either. I haven't been doing it everyday, skipped a few days so i am a little behind everyone (I do still get out on my walks though - make sure I do SOMETHING). Tonight will be Level 1 Day 8 ... getting closer to the end of this boring level!!

I am a little behind... Level 1 Day 7 but still working at it! Can't wait to get back to Level 2! level 1 is so BORING!!! Tempted to start level 2 tomorrow and just do an extra 3 days to it? I had made it to Day 5 L 2 before I stoppped and restarted from the beginning... what to do what to do!?!?!?!

I did 5 days of level 2 before I went on holidays a few weeks ago and quit :( but it was WAY better then Level 1- harder - but better - I really enjoyed it! Can't wait to get back to it! I am on Level 1 Day 6 today... 4 more days!

I also had a "rest" day yesterday - although only from the 30DS.... we went for a bike ride and then did a hike up this "INCLINE" trail...and they were NOT kidding when they named it!!! I made it 15 minutes of this incline, before we turned around and headed back down. We made it up to a marker so that next time we can aim…

I use 5 lbs for everything except the anteiror lunges with the arm lift thing (HATE HATE HATE THEM :laugh: ), I use 3lbs. Good Luck!

I know it can be hard when you don't have a partner to help/support you. Just keep pushing! You can do this, I gained a little over Thanksgiving as well... just keep going! don't give up! I LOVED level 2 ... can't wait to get back to it :laugh: . Level 1 is kinda boring. (hard, but boring) I also saw someone post that they listen to different music .... I tried that today, with the DVD only loud enough to hear when I had to switch doing things... found that (a little) more enjoyable

might be a silly question... so they post a new workout everyday? Is that how it works? I watched some of one, and she was using a sandbag... are there alot of different things you need to do these workouts? I don't have much of anything here at home except some little weights...
