I don't know. I just end up being full unless I really screw up and order some chocolate chip pancackes or something. I did that last week that with 4 or 5 beers and I was wayyyy over for once.lol

I have the same problem. I bought a chepie and almost everytime I get on it I have to adjust it before I can use it. Though maybe I'm just mad at it because it tells me that I'm fatter than I thought I was. Grr..:ohwell:

Mashed potatoes with chocolate syrup. Pickles with cheesecake. Hot dog dipped in apple sauce. Popcorn with chocolate syrup and cinnomon..

I eat a lot of Ramen.lol I add veggies to it though because otherwise I am still hungry. I also eat eggs (cheap generic kind even if I want the organic) Also Pita with generic hummus and cucumbers. The pita and stuff with a cup of hot tea really fills me up. (-:

To be to hard on yourself (mackeric) is to not be enjoying life. You get knocked down (whether you did it or someone else did ) then you get back up again. No shame in it we are all human.

Thank you.:flowerforyou: I will keep to the outdoors when I can. I figure the sweat can help melt the pounds.lol Then when winter comes.....:bigsmile: There is less risk of dying. (of the heat):wink: I just want to feel better and I think losing weight will help that.:smile:
