Small snacks and smaller meals have helped me--my meals are usually under 300 calories each...and then each snack about 100 caloories. I have the laughing cow cheese and just a few crackers for a snack--or 1/4 can tuna (with some boiled egg in it) with a few crackers for a snack. For meals--i do a lean cuisine for one meal…

I do deal with depression--I think that I have learned my triggers raelly-0-and know that at the first sign, I need to reach out for help--keep in touch with people even when I dont want to--really especially when I dont want to!

I have good intentions on taking some vitamins, etc...usually like natural stuff--multivatamin, flax seed, vit c, that type of thing. I think in the winter months, when sickness is going around, i actually take vitamins more often.

First memory of being excited...hmm, i think for me it was getting to go to church camp--loved it there, found love from people there...could be myself for sure! I counted down each and every year! by the month, then days, then hours and minutes!

I think the thing that I struggle the most is when I have to get out of routine. This always sets me back--i get motivated...going to the gym daily, etc..and then i have to go away from home for a few days...and i get tired, etc and dont eat as healthy and/or dont get back to the gym like I should when I get home.
