I don't think either are very reliable, when I got to a platue, I bought a bodybugg and then a fit bit. The machine at the gym and MFP were both seriously inflating my actual calorie burn.

I stick to wine and beer the majority of the time because I know how many calories I'm getting.... Those drinks at restaurants can pack tons of sugar and calories. I found out after I started losing weight that one chocolate martini packs 400 calories! Add up several of those and you are consuming 800 plus calories!
