Thank you so much for the reply! It's so a great to hear your story :) I would absolutely consider a reset if it's needed. I want to read a little more about that. I did read the stickies, I guess I was just needing some reassurance! :) I think I am going to raise my calories from 1580 to 1800/1900 and see what happens! I'm going to try my best to log today, but I'm not going to stress toooo much about getting my food log perfect. I'm also not going to stress about going over, just going to hit that gym tomorrow! :)

My updated stats - 11/1 - 4.25 11/3 - 1 Mile Walk to the gym, 9 miles on the bike, 1 mile on the treadmill - 11 Miles total.. Total - 15.25 Miles :happy: I'm so glad you are joining me, Veronica! :)

Okay so yesterday I did 7.5 Miles which brings me up to 124.25 miles total, 25.75 miles short of my goal. The gym was new to me this month so my goal was just a guess, I feel okay about how far I got. Next month I am going to meet the 150 mile goal!

Checking in for the day :) Today I walked 1 Mile to the Gym, Did 3 Miles on the Elliptical and 2.5 Miles on the Bike. Clearance racks! Might be slightly out of season, but always worth checking out.
