Thanks everyone for posting and sharing your stories! It makes me feel less alone. Mine is really recent! A couple of days ago a lovely lady asked if I was pregnant on a packed train!! I told her I wasnt and blamed my top but I was so embarrassed, both for me and her - she was going to offer me her seat so she had kind…

Thanks for such a great post!! Very true :)

It's really interesting reading how everyone logs! I tend to prelog the whole work week - kind of like a week long menu plan and then tweak it if need be. Saturday and Sundays I have no idea what I am doing so there is no point in doing that.

Hi!! I cant tell you how many times I have started and not lost a kilo, but then I turned 27 and realised I dont want to spend the rest of my life fat and since then I have lost 4.5kgs in about 2 months - not super fast, but its really exciting seeing the small numbers adding up. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

Ahh, shin splints are so painful - I get them when I power walk, not from running. I have found doing calf streches when I am warmed up has helped a lot, I googled it on youtube and found some really good ideas and since streching my calves out before and after my walk helps. I am also planning on building up my calf…

Hi! Oooh good work everyone, you are all inspiring me! I have done the program before twice - once pre knee operation, about 6 months after my knee op and was given the ok to run again and I am about to start it again after I have seriously let my fitness go for about two years. I am very excited and can't wait to get…

I am a binge eater as well, its so nice to find a place where people understand, I wish my problem was only going over my cals by a few hundred, but I am trapped in a cycle of binging and eating over 3000 calories a day, I managed to get to my goal weight once but that was through a lot of intense exercise and being broke…

I am the same.. use to go for a lovely early morning jog and it felt great, and i would get up, no if or butts and just go, then I got a knee injury and couldnt run.. now a year on I am fully recovered but still cant be bothered getting out of bed. Thanks for posting this, it has inspired me to get my workout clothes out…

I love forums.. I was a real regular on the ww'ers australia site for about 3 years but then everyone started dropping off, and I dont pop in there anymore as it just feels different. I also tried calorieking australia but there forum didnt give me a very good vibe either, a bit nasty for my liking. P.S. Ooh ghosts give me…

Great topic. Heh mine is in reverse, as I am just starting again after 2 years of mindless eating, and not saying no to anything.

Hi, I cant help, I am in a fairly similar situation, so I am interested in the replies. What I am doing is making a plan of attack - playing netball 2 x a week and I have to play otherwise I am letting my team down, hitting the gym with a friend of mine another two times so I just need to workout on my own 2 x a week.

What a great thread. Will def be trying some of these!

Medium, I love Keplies and Heelers etc, although itty bitty dogs are cute!

- Small snack packs of diced fruit, it feels more satisfying that way - rice cakes, cottage cheese and marinated fire roasted peppers - the brand I use is 'always fresh'

What a good challenge.. For people who havent got an android phone (man I want to update!) there is a website: http://hundredpushups.com/ I will join you, using this challenge. And I might give the 200 sit ups a go while I'm at it. Strength training has always been a weakness of mine.. well, so has cardio, but I try, haha.
