I also calculate using MFP circuits. I have a watch HRM and they are actually usually pretty close. However, my HRM doesn't keep steady track of my Heart Rate so I don't know.

I don't know if I every physically saw results. I really had problems committing long term. But the next day I always felt fit and more confident with myself. Which I think is just as important.

HOw is this a terrible example? Isn't showing that you can make healthy choices and stick to a diet even if you are rushed for time or on a short budget a good thing?

I think allowing yourself one day is perfectly alright. Maybe you could squeeze out a workout in there somewhere to try to offset it slightly. I would just go for it! And be prepared to get back on track the day after.

Can I join y'all? I'm not doing the Beginners Calendar. I'm doing the January one instead but I would love some fitness buddies on here who are doing Blogilates! I find the monthly calendar so hard but the Beginners is just a little to easy for me so I'm stuck struggling through the Monthly.

I'd love to be one of your fitness buddies! I love JM and the crazy way she makes you get in shape. I'm currently rotating between JM Kickboxing Fast Fix, Blogilates (something I definitely recommend it can be found on youtube!) and tomorrow I intend to start running again!

I'm not really expecting crazy crazy results from zumba. It just my fun exercise that isn't a pain to do. I was just wondering out of curiosity really. I know that i won't get results with out more than just zumba.

Throw in an extra workout to at least work off more than you would normally. Otherwise, chalk that meal up as a bad meal and continue your day like you would normally. Shake it off. You can't let one bad eating day get to you or it will hiccup all your weightloss

Ugh I cannot commit to 30DS(Or any workout video type thing) lol I do for about 10 days then stop mid way through level 2. (Definitely the hardest level) I've restarted (AGAIN) :ohwell: This time however I started on level 2 so hopefully I can get to level 3 this time :smile:

What the net calories means is how much total calories you have eaten minus the amount you have worked out. Say you workout right in the morning, before you eat, you will have a negative net calories. If you are logging that at night as your final, that seems like a large deficit to me and may not be healthy. Make SURE…
