I don't think people still wear apple bottom jeans...they're so 2003 lol I like your dress or a cute top, jeans, and heels with a blazer. That's what I'd wear anyway.

Not a Texan but I've lived in San Antonio ( absolutely love it and I plan to retire there), moved to NC but back to Texas again. This time we're in the fort hood area though I spend most of my time between Austin and San Antonio.

Last year when I first did P90x I mostly used the band and 3-5lbs dumbbells. This time around I'm using 10-15lbs dumbbells and a pull up bar. I can manage to do 3 without assistance which is nothing but I'm working on it. AH AH If you can really lift, I say go for it!!

I'm 5'4. I weigh between 123-125. I have no weight goals really. I'm mostly focused on getting ripped right now. I want a 6 packs bad and I Angela basset arms; that's all. LOL

OP, I would definitely invest in a new Heart Monitor. I've seen some at Walmart that weren't too expensive. As you know each and everyone of us burn different amount of calories. I usually burn anywhere between 300 and 600 depending on the exercise and how I bring it! Lol Good luck.

You could do P90x-Insanity hybrid. I think doing P90x in the morning and insanity at night will be too much. I'm attaching the link to the hybrid schedule and worksheet. Hope this helps. http://www.teambeachbody.com/home/-/dl_get_file/d35f8de1-d294-4585-9b3a-1d7c5b21c37a

I'll be celebrating my 21st birthday for the 6th time in April:tongue: But in all seriousness...I'm Tracy. I'm 26, 5'4, 126lbs. I'm looking to tone up a bit. I've been around mfp for almost 2 years now. I'm currently doing p90x; feel free to add me.

I used to go to post gym at Ft bragg, nc. I took spinning, step, body pump, and zumba classes. I went in the morning while my son was at school( he was 3 and 4 at the times). We moved to ft hood, TX this past summer; I've been to the gym here a couple of times but I rather workout at home.

I've done both. If you want to lose weight, I'd recommend Insanity. P90x to me is more for toning while insanity focus mostly on Cardio. If I were to pick between the two, I'd go with p90X.

I think each of us will burn a different amout on calories depending on how you bring it ( intensity), your weight and other factors. A hrm will definitely be helpful. I have one. I burned about 400-500 doing plyometrics. As far as how you log it into mfp, I just add the name of the workout for example plyometrics, how…
