I am 49 and weight seems to come off more slowly the older i get. I am restarting MFP AGAIN... one thing that has helped me is to move. Exercise, cardio, cardio shopping anything that gets me off my butt helps. Feel free to add me as a friend - we can support each other!

i am 5'2" and weigh as of this morning 160 lbs. Goal is 130 lbs. I am big chested too - 36 DD and my cups are overflowing - I would love to see the girls shrink! Feel free to add me

Another plus for Greek yogurt - if you are lactose intolerant you can eat it without any gastric distress. Some yogurts bother my stomach but not Greek yogurt.

I would love more friends too! I just restarted this on Friday - my friend at work was showing this site to me and it looked awesome so when i got home it turned out i was already a member! I had joined in Oct 2008 and I have put on 29 pounds since then. So my first goal is to get back to where i was! :ohwell: (((sigh))
