Oh hi, over here! 23, started at 155 lbs and my massive ultimate goal weight would be 115 lbs, so 40 lbs loss total. So far I've lost about 15, probably gained a couple back because I've been totally off the rails the last month, but clawing my way back :p Add me, add me!

Yep, log as circuit training but your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor so you know how many calories you're actually burning.

If you want to log your chores as exercise then do it, I don't know why you need to start a debate on the forums to justify it. And its not like people couldnt walk, run or swim before the time of gyms so that point really is just irrelevant.

Dont know how on earth the scale has gone down after this SHOCKING week of food on my part, but thinking maybe my body just needs some time to catch up - I dont think I'll be so lucky next week lol. Fingers crossed for getting my **** together and getting back into things full swing!

^^^ yep, definitely just water fluctuation or something, no way you could have gained that much fat or muscle in a week. Discard the scale for a while, if you're eating right losing inches you know you're doing things right!
