So someone misplaced the DVD remote.. and I had to start off with Level 3 this morning lol... which is where I left off before. Oh well, I did it this morning. Felt great but tiring!

I think it's supposed to be 5 workout days a week, 2 rest days - you can pick the order. Rest days are important for your recovery. There's no way I could do it straight - plus I would get burned out pretty quickly!

It sounds like you have the right attitude and a good plan. If you use the MFP method, then eat back your exercise calories. Scooby's workshop is great as well, as others have suggested. Feel free to add me if you would like MFP friends.

We grill a lot on the weekends so that we can have some leftovers throughout the week. BBQ chicken potatoes made with leftover grilled chicken - not kidding these are divine!
