  • Thanks! I wouldn't say I'm feeling better but I'm more used to my symptoms. I was able to do the shred twice yest so now I'm caught up. I also did zumba and boy my body is aching today! I am also getting rug burn on my fore arms/elbow I don't have a mat lol Too broke to buy one.
  • Well everyone, I didn't shred yesterday. This sickness which I think is a chest cold has left it hard to breathe. So I was going to go on as normal if I can and double up one of the days I feel better. I haven't been sick since 2009! I feel crappy that I didn't work out but also like to be able to breathe!

  • I love doing zumba on the wii. I burn around 175 for the 20 minute workout via HRM and cooldown. I don't do it by itself, as an add on to another workout. I would like to try a class someday.

  • Yeah I started when I hit play and ended when the cool down was over. So 27 mins. My HR stayed in the 170s quite a bit. It beeps when it gets over 160 bpm so gonna have to see if it can be changed. My HR is around 140s when doing abs.

  • I'm considering tossing my scale out b/c I only lost .4 since the last weigh in 5 days ago but I'm still up 2 lbs from like 3-4 weeks ago. So I decided I'm just going off measurements until the end of this. I can tell a difference in my shorts today so that itself is progress for me.
