Blood Sugar Gone Crazy Potential Kidney Problems Potential Liver Problems. Body in pain thanks to not giving it enough time to recuperate after working out. Bad case of 'the shakes' All things I experienced after 6 months on around 600-800 cals a day. Be careful peeps, it took you ages to get your body to where it is, it's…

You're a completely new man. Good work fellah.

:o Duran Duran cover that or did you mean Depeche Mode?

A lot of Pink's stuff is good to work out to. I've got really diverse musical tastes.... so here's my current playlist. Fear Factory - Resurrection Machine Head - A Thousand Lies Montel Jordan - This is how we do it. NWA - Express Yourself. Alice in Chains - Check My Brain Pink - Ava Maria Stevie Wonder - Living for the…

Keep doing the 12min walks. When I started walking to the station I was the same, all sweaty at the end and then the tube journey wasn't fantastic :) But after a while the body really gets used to it, I found my legs wanting to move faster, walk further, found new routes from and to the station so now I can walk a bit…

I'd agree that getting the Diet right is the most important. But don't neglect excersize, but DO take it easy. For example, look at ways you can get an extra bit of walking in to your routine. See if you can spare 20 mins in an evening to go for a short walk, find a nearby park you can go to or something. There's no need…

You look STUNNING. Keep up the hard work and you'll get to where you want to be, but congratulations for what you've achieved so far!

Baking Grilling or frying food can produce carcinogens. Boiling food takes away the vitamin c content of some food items. Microwaving can be uneven (which is why it's better not to cook raw meat in a microwave) Heating Sugar Protein and fat together CAN produce glycotoxins which have been linked to diabetes. You can choke…

Tuck up in bed. Have a bowl of tomato soup and a nice bread roll. I always crave that when I'm not so well. Otherwise don't worry, you'll be okay in a few days. Just put things on pause, don't be so strict and take it easy for a few days, trying take in a bit more vitamin c usually when ill the body is quite good at…

Congratulations! :) Enjoy the hair cut! But enjoy the healthier body even more!

Sashimi is fine. Look for the snacks like Edemame beans (though a little high on salt) Try for the rolls that are seeweed but without rice. See if you can 'order' something like a Tuna steak or a bento box then just avoid the rice.

But if you're having 300ml of 2% milk on your cereal in the morning. And you're keeping track of the fat content and making sure you don't have too much fat elsewhere. What's the problem? Milk provides some other important nutrients like calcium that we also need, I don't think you can just throw milk away because it has…

Answers. My shirt I only use it when training now, however I may even have to drop that it's gotten silly. And Simon that's so cool :) last time I did it the wrong way I was still miserable at 14 stone. So knowing that I'm doing it the right way fills me with optimism.

My worst was when getting lunch I always though "Oh I need to load up for the day" and I'd come away with a yoghurt, 2 chock bars and some crisps as well as my sandwich. Then on the way home grabbing a bar of something from the shop by the tube station for my hours ride home. And I thought I was doing well if I didn't have…

Congratulations Ryan. I hit the same thing today. Race you to 250 :)

I know how that feels. This evening my 3 changed to a 2. First time in around 8 years that I've been out of the 300 club. I'm sure you're feeling just as elated as me! Keep up the good work!

The difference is HUGE! you look amazing well done!

I had cinema popcorn today. However I sort of planned for it and I was able to have enough to satisfy and still have the cals for the rest of the day. There's no reason why you can't add 'treats' into your diet if you can learn how to do it and not ruin a day then you're on to a winner. That said if you do have one bad day…

Forget the 'late meal' advice IMHO. If you go to the gym and train, you need fuel to repair the body. Eat when you get home and don't worry. Just don't snack afterwards are eat anything daft. These days we can't always choose when we do things, so we should just try being sensible instead :) But yes, eat heavier at lunch…

I had an incredible 'withdraw' response this time. About 7 days in I found myself shaking, feeling like I was about to keel over and die to be honest. I felt a bit wobbly for a few days afterwards but Less than a day later I felt much better and since then I've not had it again. Something you've taken out of your diet has…

What do I crave... what.... you know, I don't crave anything really daft. what I really would like is a great big serving of a well made chicken casserole. Which is odd, I would've thought I'd dive into a massive bar/bag of chocolates but no....

Liquid antacids are better than tablet ones (though less convenient to carry around) If you keep having trouble you might have an issue with your stomach valves it's a good idea to get evaluated by a doc but he'll probably tell you to stop drinking coffee... Edit. Oh, and make sure you're not sleeping on a downward slope,…

I know, I just don't see it. I have the personality I think, just not the confidence, belief in myself.

You are the female version of me :) The horrible thing about me is that I find the whole 'chatting up' thing really embarrassing, even when I hear other people trying it, it makes me cringe, I feel that as I am I have nothing to offer, when I lost loads of weight I had a little more confidence but I still didn't see myself…

If you guys are going to talk football in here I'm going to have to pop in more. Chicago Bears fan, used to play in the UK for the London Olympians (Euro champs, GB champs for a long while) and love the sport. That and my Soccer team Chelsea bring me the most sport joy imaginable. :) Anyway, to check in properly, 4lb loss…
