@Dewpetals--Hope all goes well with the surgery, walking the halls and pacing does burn calories, try and drink a little extra water, that may help, and journal- if that's your thing. Dump all your feelings and stress onto the pages instead of a plate. Good luck!

On the website where you sign up for the race off on the side they have a spot where you can download Jeff Galloway's running plan. Jogging the 1/2 marathon in January at WDW. THis will be my second there, You are way farther ahead than I am as far as traiing. My first 1/2 was the Air Force last Sept. Its a testament to will power to be able to stick to only 500 calories, if it isn;t done for long periods of time, I doubt there is an harm. The human body is quite adaptable. I don't think there is anything wrong with it
