I agree... This is the best way to do it. Going from very hot water to very cold water quickly causes the egg to contract and pull away from the shell.

I have a hard time eating breakfast in the mornings. Makes me feel physically ill. Even a shake can be too much some times, but I choke it down because I need to. Just add some strawberries and 1/2 banana to it. It should fill you up for a few hours.

Not to hijack this thread, but who here is a MIX MASTER when it comes to making your protein shakes? What do you add for flavor?

Gold Standard is the Whey to go. I've tried them all and my last batch was TEMPRO from Dorian Yates (Horrible after taste), now im back to GSOW.

Thanks for the replies! One thing that was different from this recipe than all my others while i have been training is the addition of salt. I never cook with salt and for some reason, Saturday I added salt to it. Hmmmm... The plot thickens.
