I love cranberries - I make them all kinds of ways, but I especially like it mixed with some orange marmalade. They are so simple to make and so tasty! I also really like a cold turkey sandwhich with a tiny bit of cream cheese and cranberry sauce.

Probably a dumb question, but does it matter if the veggies are raw or cooked? In other words how much does the act of crunching a raw vegetable count into the negative calorie count? PS: I know I'm a bit weird, but I LOVE cooked carrots - more than raw.

I also like to walk on the treadmill at a really high incline (8-9%) it is a great workout and helps to achieve some nice thighs and buns! I bounce around on various machines all week when I am at the gym - easily bored with a routine. So, I use a lot of different machines, but the treadmill is my favorite.
