I also have a desk job. My calorie intake is 1500 and I know with more weight I lose I will have to increase my calories as I go on. All you need to do is just try it maybe a week or two, Either way if you don't lose any weight you haven't ruined everything since you currently have only lost 5lbs. Good luck!

You need to increase your calories. Your under eating and that can cause you to lose any weight your in starvation mode especially if your working out as much as you are.

I have 2-1.5L water bottles that I buy every week and fill them at home (cause my work filtered water tastes like crap). I make myself drink one before lunch at 2pm and one before I go home at 6pm. Anything else during that day is just a bonus. It's just a mental game I think. Oh! and I don't drink anything else than water…

5'2 3/4 29yrs old SW-282 CW-250 GW-220 UGW-135 1500 calories I walk 5 days a week in the morning and try a PM walk at least 3X a week for 2.5 miles. LOVE! Zumba and Hot Hula. It's been a life long struggle for me hope to be under the 200's by the begining of next year.
