191lbs.. 2.6lbs since last week.. 3.6 total so far! Sorry for the late post. Thursday was a hellish day and then for some reason on Friday and Saturday I thought I'd already posted. Anyways, hope it's going well for everyone!!!

The 30 day shred should have 3 parts.. You basically do 10 days of each part and then done in 30 days.. Hence the name... If you calculate your BMR you'll find that you are actually burning more than 1200 calories a day so MFP has already worked in your deficit. I don't always eat back all of my exercise calories, but I make sure that I have at least a net of 1200. So it's really trying to figure out what works for you. Try eating all of them…

195 this week.. Not a huge loss, but apparently I managed to gain 3 pounds this week. Not really sure how as I wasn't going over my calorie limit :( Anyways, lost that and a little bit more so I guess I'm happy with that. 195.6lbs today. A loss of 1.4lbs. Wish it was more, but still happy with that! Really struggled with the sodium. Didn't realise I take in so much salt! Met the water goal everday and I exercised for a minimum of 60 mins each day. Most days it was more. Keep up the great work everyone!

1.8lbs down today! Wooo Doing 3 runs a week. Walking everyday. PT 24/7 5 to 6 times a week and yoga twice a week. Recently started tracking my sodium and now am working on increasing my water intake!!! I don't want any weight hanging around due to sodium :(

Did 30 minutes of Billy Blank's PT 24/7 and walked another 30 mins on the treadmill. I was suppose to do a run, but my legs just couldn't go the distance. Trying not to beat myself up about it. 30 minutes of Billy Blank's PT 24/7 ripped core.. 60 mins on the treadmill set at incline level 10 and varied between 3.0 to 3.8 miles per hour. 60 mins of walking my four dogs and I'll be finishing up with 30 mins of yoga with my husband later tonight.

Today I did 30 minutes of running plus an additional 45 mins of walking.. Debating if I want to hit the treadmill again while dinner cooks.. Maybe I should just rest??? Don't want to burn myself out.
