Won't hurt a thing. Staying at the calorie goal for your day is the main mission, it doesn't matter when you eat those calories. Lots of people to intermittent fasting, which results in people eating more in their window since they won't be eating later. No harm

mmapags said it great. Keep in mind though, that some of us (me included), sometimes lose track if it's not on a daily basis. So if you have 500 more today, and 3 days from now you forget to up the activity level, that could bite you in the butt. However, if you don't fall in that category of having a hard time remembering…

The more you lose, the less your body needs for calories/fuel. Think about it this way: it takes more gas to make a RV go 40 miles then it would a small smart car. Add the weight and it takes more fuel to move and function... take away weight and it takes less. Hope that makes sense to you :) If you want to be able to eat…

Plateaus happen, and honestly 2 weeks isn't a long one. Keep doing what you know to be right and take some measurements. I do measurements once a month and sometimes it reveals what the scale won't. Once you hit a certain level, it seems when one doesn't move, the other one does. Months where the scale has been moving, the…

You say the eating is good and the exercise looks good too, then I would guess that you are on the right track having your doctor do some blood work. When all other elements are there, it is normal to have everyone lose at different rates (mine is super slow), but to still lose a bit. Don't get discouraged, just think that…

I vote for securing them with duct tape,

I wasn't even aware of this... not good, LOL. Every year I have to have their easter eggs...they are evil!

My niece was just talking to me about this last night. She has a few friends who wear way more make-up then she does and she had a hard time to understand it. I asked her 'do you wear the same style of clothing everyday'? She says "no, I like to mix it up". I told her it was just like that. Some people like to change their…

ASICS Phoenix gel 4 for running and my New Balance cross-trainers for everything else. I have Nike sneakers, but they just don't feel right when working out... which is odd since I used to live in them as a kid and playing basketball back in the day

Admittedly, I did not look at your diary. I will say though, doing Insanity, I learned to up my protein and iron and it helped me tons. Maybe something to think about/ask about when you go to doctor? It also helped with that mid-day sluggish feeling too.
-
Well, can't see your diary to know calorie burn or consumption, so going to go off total generalization (though that's not as much help). Never stop the exercising. If you are not losing, it could be a calorie issue or your fat tissue is being replaced with muscle getting built and the scale will catch up. You say you…

I love Elvis Duran show in the morning! I have satelite radio just so I can listen to that crew in the morning on my way to work. Danielle was cracking me up this morning :)

Being so close to a DD would be soooooo not good for me, LOL

Is it a must? Absolutely not. Is it handy? Yes, I have a Polar FT60 and love it. I use mine more for insuring what my actual heart rate is rather than worrying on calories though. Is it going to mean you give up something you would have bought for exercise? Is it worth it? Which are you going to use/want more? As long as…

Sorry, not me. I have signed up for my first 5K (small potatoes in comparison to a half or full marathon though) on March 9th at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix to fight childhood cancer :)

Yes. I met one, and had an "almost meet" with another. All my MFP friends rock though, so would make an effort for any of them :)

You have a lot of threads on here on the issues you and he are having. From separate beds, no passion, and not wanting to spend time with you now. I would say there are issues you have to work out. Try talking to him instead of us. KNOW that everyone deserves happiness. Just sayin
