  • This Friday marks one month of me working out and dieting. I started out at 246. I'm on Level 2 Day 6 today and have lost 16 pounds so far. It's intense at first but I got stronger and better endurance fast! Just do what you can and eventually it'll get easier! Good luck! :)

  • I just finished day 7. It's intense but it's a good workout! If you have trouble at first just do the best you can, and if you feel like at day 10 you aren't comfortable to move on to level 2 just stay on level 1 til you do! This is my second time starting the DVD, I lost a bunch of inches and I only did 15 days of level 1!

  • I did Day 1 Level 1 last night. It was a good work out and went by really fast! My legs feel like jello and are a little sore today, but I'm ok with that because I know I got a really good workout in! I am going to do Day 2 tonight, hopefully I wont be too sore tomorrow!! Lol
