Congratulations on becoming a mom! Now that you're a mom, you need to take great care of yourself for your baby. And part of that is NOT doing fad diets that force you to eat the same thing over and over. Stick with calorie counting and give yourself a balanced diet. It'll work if you're honest with your logging and stick…

Whatever works for you. Initially, I would sign up for 5Ks because they would motivate me to run to train for them, and it was something fun to do with my sister, as we weren't very close. However, now I can slog through a 5k any day for my health, and my sister and I spend our time and money doing other things together.

Maybe it's his sister.

Eating delicious food (cookie) shouldn't be contingent on them eating something first. That's not how the world works and it's not how food should work. Either give them both at the same time or skip the cookie entirely. And no one should have to eat twice the food to get to the part they want. That also doesn't make…

That sounds really good!

For. Asthmatics should get them.

Dinner is also my biggest meal. And a bedtime snack is a must so I'd set aside more calories if yours is making you hungry. Are you lacking in fat, carbs, fiber, or protein? One or more of those could be your problem. Or just the snack being to small.

Hmm...that makes no sense as long as you ordered the minimum. You should complain to the CEO. Although people may start licking your cookies before delivery.

I got a nude once. It was unexpected, to say the least.

1. Don't drink it if you don't like it. It's not made of magic. 2. Try fruit teas. 3. Try drinking it super weak. I tried tea for a long time before I found one that I actually like. There's a lot of different fruit teas, and my particular favorite is a blackberry tea with cinnamon. And I still drink it ultra weak.

Dunkin...because all Krispy Kremes taste exactly the same to me. Not that they're bad, or that Dunkin is particularly good.

Hmmm...a very expensive way to eat McDonald's...

I actually LOL'd. Yep, get him a drawer to put his stuff in so at least you don't have to see it every time you open the cabinet. I'm a huge sweets person and I swear my ex would buy candy and put it right under my nose every second I tried to be healthy.

Wait, are you typically feeding your cat a vegan diet? Your cat is a carnivore. Feed your cat meaty cat food.

You log off MFP and stop obsessing over calories if you're vomiting.
-
Half your age plus 7. I don't know where I heard this rule. But that typically does end up feeling appropriate.

1/2 oz cheese with three triscuits and some fruit or vegetables. I feel like it gives me taste, textures, carbs, fiber and sugar. And what keeps me from binge eating is staying busy, making sure I don't deprive myself, logging the binge, and having adequate fats and fiber in my diet.

Typically, processed foods that are low fat end up just adding salt and sugar to make up for the flavor that was lost when fat was removed. It's fine not to eat full fat, but fat is vilified when it's really not a problem most of the time.

Microwaves don't remove nutrients. If you want to use one, go get one. I use mine all the time. In an attic apartment in the summer, everything I ate would be cold and horrible if I didn't microwave.

Give yourself a bit more credit. Sure, 40lbs is a large gain, but you're getting it under control now rather than waiting until you're back in the 300's. Go you! You can do it. Perhaps you could use exercise as a way to deal with stress rather than food?

Agreed with everyone who says to take two puffs before working out. Also, do you have a nebulizer? I wonder if using that before working out would be more effective since you're having so much trouble. After that, I agree with indy_cruizer that perhaps another exercise instead of walking or running might be better to start…

Unless you're diabetic, you shouldn't worry about fruit sugar too much. Especially for weight loss.

I'm mainly after the ability to hurl lightning bolts. But the abs are nice, too.

You guys don't actually seem that picky. Most recipes can have things added or eliminated from them and still taste perfectly great! Everyone has already mentioned that calories are most important so I'll skip that except to say try adding sides of vegetables to meals so you get the same volume and then eat less of the…

At the risk of sounding cheesy, failure is just something that happens on the way to success. Keep trying, and don't berate yourself every time you fail.
-
This for sure.

I really dislike most vegetables, but have found a lot of ways to work them into my diet. Try stir frying them and cooking them pretty thoroughly. Just this week I stir fried chopped onion, zucchini and asparagus in olive oil, and after they were all well cooked and very soft, stirred in udon noodles and added soy sauce…

I roll mine on a golf ball or massage it with my fingers. Golf ball is the best I've found though.

I agree with the weight training and peanut butter comments! Just hold off on the weight training until she's actually eating more food. As for PB, since you're hesitant to give her a lot of snacks right before bed, maybe a piece of bread with a decent helping of PB on it an hour before bed could help get those calories…

Ninja kick the cookies off the table whenever you see them! Then she'll have to install a rule that you're not allowed to touch her food. Problem solved?
