If you've lost 16 pounds with MFP, it sounds like you're doing well on your own and don't need to be cut open and have a band put on your stomach. Figuring out your issues behind binge eating will help you stop. Slapping a band on won't. Talk to a specialist.

The concept that it should be a percentage of someone's yearly income always makes me angry. People should get what they're able to afford and willing to pay.

Good advice, although I disagree that you have to cut yourself down to treats once a month. As long as it fits in my calories, I'll have treats every day (and sometimes multiple times a day!). One doesn't have to eat chicken breast and kale exclusively to lose weight and be in good shape.

There's no guilt-free way to add calories when they're what you're afraid of. Go talk to a specialist to get help with your eating disorder. Realize that 500 calories a day is terribly unhealthy. You shouldn't feel guilty when you haven't eaten enough to stay alive on.

Skinny and sexy. I saw some un-retouched photos of them where the abs they had were really impressive. It looks like they photoshop them to look a little less toned. The girls seem to take pretty good care of themselves, but probably do maintain pretty low cal.

I agree with the baggies of nuts, and try baby carrots or something. You could also make yourself a trail mix of some sort.

Those sideway lunges started causing knee problems that I'd had long ago to come back. But in general I love 30DS.

Keep track of calories, but you don't have to stop eating any foods you love. A calorie deficit is all you need to start losing.

Just eat 'em tomorrow when you're hungry and actually want them. Your body isn't on a 24 hour schedule.

They won't eat the world's supply. They'll buy it, cook it, take one bite, and throw it out. We can just use garbage cauliflower for our needs.
