I am trying to stick with just 38-40 carbs per meal. I started this week drinking slim fast for breaksfast and lunch. At lunch i will have my shake and a salad, or some fish or some string cheese and piece of chicken. I have been watching my carbs too.

When I started I was 263. I lost 2 pounds the first week. I will have a new updated this Friday.
