you are right. My sister lost around 110 in around 15 months and she keeps telling me to measure my inches. I will be amazed how how many inches you loss too

This is my second start on MFP the first was unsuccessful. Since I re-joined on January 8th and I am down 13.2 pounds. Great results. I want to try Turbo Fire but my knees have been killing me and I heard its lots of movement. Maybe I'll wait a couple of months.

Well I am hitting my 10th day today for level 1 and will be moving up to level 2 on Saturday. For some reason those dang jumps jacks and jump rope are still killing me. The push ups are still a struggle but I did 24 out of the 37-38 they do. How is everyone doing on your 30 day?

On day six and the first section is still killing me. I was able to push out more pushups tonight though. With the cardio ( jumping jacks and jump rope section) I just set my timer on my phone and I was able to finish it!!! I just knew I had to bust out 30 second of each and it was much easier this time around.

Same here, I will be doing my day 4 today and I DREAD circuit 1 I can not get through the jump rope and the pushups.. Killing me! Going to try my best to not stop today

I day two yesterday( missed day two on Wednesday due to knee bothering me) Going to start day 3 later today. I am SORE!!! Still trying to compelete jumping jacks and pushups without taking a 5 second break..

I just finished my first workout... Dang it was hard! I had to stop a couple of times but I'm going to push myself each day. One thing that sucks my DVD froze up but thanks to good ole YouTube they have the 30 day shred level 1 one there( for anyone that wants to get started Good luck!

That is funny you posted this. I was looking at the DVD and debating if I should start now or later well I'm good with doing it with someone too! I will start too! I know there is different levels but I'm going to try my best with moving up the levels.
