Thank you. I went to a Walmart Neighborhood Market this evening and found the recommended peanut butter. I also picked up some whole brown rice cereal (that's the only ingredient) to try. Breakfast has become a bit routine for me and it is time to try something new. Thank you for all the ideas and suggestions.

Thank you to everyone contributing to this thread. I have been struggling with sugar addiction and sometimes find it difficult to explain to others why I should not eat bread and other processed foods. Healthy living is a low priority where I live. I hadn't heard of clean eating and this thread has some nice explanations…
