skinnygirl.com has alot of recipes using apples. We have a food dehydrator and freeze them for use during the winter. Right now I am hooked on the apple pie in a mug recipe from skinny girl. yum!

totally this...my coworkers order ice cream from the soda shoppe from across the street and the guy delivers it to them! And tell me how good it is, and then complain later in the week they need to lose weight! Really?

When a classmate reintroduced himself when I was out to lunch with my bf (also a fellow classmate) and was like "hi btw I'm sam, I don't believe wev'e met"...um my reply yea we have, we had classes together in High School and graduated together!

I have them on the way to work sometimes. There is one that is my fav..4 oz. Diet Root Beer, 4 oz. fat free milk (or choice of milk) , some ice, two scoops of the powder...It is easier for me in the am on the way to work to have these,because I am always running late no matter how early I get up!

They tell you to do this in the 17 Day diet book, every morning before breakfast! I would just put a slice of lemon in a coffee mug and throw it in the microwave.

sometimes I will have greek yougurt or regular non fat light yougurt, 40 cal fudgesicles, fiber one bar or brownie ( 90 calories) , try to stay away from my fruits at night, 100 cal popcorn just some ideas:smile:
