Not what you want to hear but 131 for 5'5" is a perfectly fine weight. That might be why you can't lose more. It might just be the healthy weight for your body...

My "job" is sedentary so i picked that, but I add in any exercise I do. So with your example if it gives you 1220 a day when you add in the 500-800 a few days a week that is 500-800 more you can eat that day. And modifying the exercise int he goal section doesn't change anything. It only changes when you add in exercise…

I always feel like I need to get a tattoo or something showing me where I measure at. Chest, arms & waist I can do well, but hips & thigh are difficult even with a mirror... For some people it is hard to lose weight, it is very hard for me. I am doing it, but it takes a LOT of time, energy and effort. I try not to judge others because I have been where they are and I don't know where they are in their journey.

I buy stuff that is snug, it lasts longer and is motivation to make it fit more comfortably. And for non-underwear I shop at thrift shops and clearance racks. I can't afford to spend money on nice fancy new clothes every 2 months!

I had a hydrostatic test recently (which is the most accurate way to measure body fat %) and this says 10% less than this site does. i wouldn't trust this site for accuracy...

I have a smart phone and I think it only took like 2 months before it was automatic. At like 200 days I automatically grab my phone when I eat something, don't even think about it anymore. I track everything every day.

I HATE 30 DS. I just started it again on Friday. But it gets good results. A few tips - once you get used to a level you can turn the volume off and listen to music. I think calorie counting works for everyone who truly keeps track of EVERYTHING they eat and has some weigh to be certain of how much they eat. Either weighing or measuring it.

Main thing to remember is vitamin c helps you to absorb iron and calcium blocks it. So while things like breakfast cereal are fortified with iron, eating them with milk cancels that out somewhat. Seaweed and oysters are high in iron. Red meat too.

I HATE her. I am doing round 2 of 30 ds right now. Cuz as much as I dislike her, it is a good workout. I rotate through the days level 1 then 2 then 3 and repeat 10x. I CANNOT do the same video 10 days in a row, it would drive me insane.

I can usually find something at any non-fast food restaurant I go to. Pretty much everyone has salad and fish or chicken. What do you want it to do? I could have gotten a Fire, but I was not looking for something to use with Apps I was looking for something that will let me read books for hours and carry around more books/articles with me at once. I have 123 lbs of non-fat on me right now, so I am aiming for 150. It really depends on your build and body fat %.

Filtered. Have brita and pur filter pitchers and filter water bottles, not sure of the brand. Got them cheap on woot. I am ok with tap depending on where I am. Last place I lived I wouldn't even boil macaroni in the tap water if it hadn't been filtered. It was gross. Here the water tastes better, but I still filter it...

I like exercise, but sometimes life gets in the way. As long as my net is between 1200 and 1460 regardless of if it is from simply only eating that much or by exercising some calories away I lose weight. BUT I have found for me it is harder to maintain in the long run if you don't do ANY exercise at all.

I would not eat chicken left out for 12 hours. But at least in the US for food handling it's more like 4 hours than 20 min before it's dangerous....
