  • During level 3 today I was thinking this isn't so bad as the sweat was pouring off me. I think level 3 is harder but during it, it feels better than level 2. I am rotating through levels because I get bored of doing the same one more than 1 day in a row.

  • I do OOH birth and when I got home from 2 births in a row at 5am (after being gone over 24 hours) I was wondering the same thing. I don't plan on adding it as exercise though.... I figure I burn more calories than when I am asleep but it seemed to complex to figure out.
  • Get food poisoning! I got REALLY sick after eating at a certain fast food place in the summer of 05 so I quit eating all fast food for just one month and haven't eaten fast food since!   • Really depends on the person and what their body wants to do. Due to a genetic condition my skin doesn't have "normal" elasticity and never seemed to really tighten up as much as I wanted it to after I lost 90lbs. And just for fun when I gained the weight back it was in different places so now I am fat and have extra skin!
