While I won't be seeing this movie I do think they did a great job of casting. I saw the tv commercial first and was very confused when I saw the full length trailer and realized they were trying to pretend it has a story line/plot NO ONE is going to see this movie for any sort of plot line....

It's almost impossible to find gum without sucralose or aspartame in the grocery store or gas stations now. Even "normal" non sugar free gum made for little kids now has the "chemical" sugars you are referring to and that is what is in "sugar-free" gum as well.

That is true for real physiological hunger, but the water trick works if you aren't really hungry. Lots of people who have weight issues (myself included) will sometimes feel "hungry" when they are really just bored. Water puts something in your tummy so it helps if you aren't really hungry.

I don't believe the online calculators. I had a body fat % test done and they gave me a BMR and it didn't match the online ones - I believe that one though as they had more info.

I'm 5'5" and started higher than that but HW 243 (Dec 2010) - Possibly higher, but I didn't weigh myself much... SW 233 (Aug 2011) Under 200 - 12/8/11 CW 173 GW 150 - Might seem high, but last time I weighed this my BF% was like 19 & I wore a size 6, which I think is a great size to be.

I agree that not all homeschool is equal or does a good job of teaching students but as someone who went to public school their whole whole life & has had work experience in schools since graduating I firmly disagree that you get 5 hours of schooling in 1 day in public school.

If I eat 1 saltine I enter 1 saltine. A serving size is usually 5 crackers so you say you ate .2 servings. It seems pretty accurate. For my weight it says I burn 80 cals an hour sitting & watching tv. So an extra 100 cals an hour doing nursing stuff sounds about right. I don't count work though as consider it built in based on my activity level I told MFP.

One of the entries allows you to say how many individual ones you ate - I use that ones as I never really eat more than 2 at a time. Or you can weigh one and enter that % of the ttl grams... And I think you should totally log it! Everything counts!
