I highly recommend flax seeds. I use dash o' flax (grounded). I sprinkle it on my food and it works like a champ! My hubby can't use it because he says it works too well. LOL

We have similar goals. I am size 16 and striving for size 10. I have been a member of this site since April 26 and already I have lost 3.5 lbs. This site is wonderful and it definitely helps you lose weight by logging in your food and exercise. Good Luck! and Welcome!

I recently found an excellent dressing at Trader Joe's. It is called Trader Giotto's balsamic vinaigrette. It is tasty!

I'm not sure if I can be of much help. But maybe if you use some psychology. In your mind, you know that if you eat too much of that stuff, you will have to account for it in your food tracking. I agree with the previous poster, maybe you can eat just a little bit and that way you;ll stay under your calorie count. Just aim…
