I have GREAT news. Today Sept 30 - I weigh 165.0, yay! I have been cleansing, so a lot of the weight loss is a result of my 10 day cleanse. However, this is great motivation for me to keep going at it hard! love ya'll.

Even if there is a gain, it is your choice to log or not log it. When I gain, I don't log it, I only log my losses. This seems to help me as I always eventually overcome my gains, turning them into losses. It is a slow process for some of us. the daily goal changes whenever you log exercise. Anytime you log your exercise, MFP allows for you to eat those calories back if you'd like. For example, my daily goal is 1200, if I log in 300 calories burned then my daily goal becomes 1500. make sense?

I also forgot to add, are you drinking the lax tea at night also? The cleanse is lax tea at night, salt water flush first thing in the morning, lemonade concoction during the day. It is important to have all 3 elements working together.

Hi, I didn't hear you mention the salt water flush. Are you doing the sea salt water flush in the mornings first thing? If you are not, this could be part of the problem. I was on the MC for 10 days last November so I do have some experience with it.

Thanks everyone, I'm going to take it day by day. I don't drink milk very much anyway, so having it every once in a while, I don't think will be a big problem, even if it is whole milk.

I weigh in on Thursdays. However, I will not be weighing every week, maybe twice per month, if that is okay. I will share my thoughts, trials and tribulations with you though. I took a backslide when I was weighing more often, so I don't want to do that again. But, yea Thursdays were working for me though. Add me please.
