Suspected heart attack 2 doctors telling me I HAD had a heart attack and that if I went home from the hospital I probably wouldn't make it back in time when I had another. I dry fry everything but found, after much testing, that veg baked in a herbed olive oil mix is rather tasty :) I shall try it with some pan fried foods. I have come to the conclusion after reading many, many threads, topics, and research articles that it is not about eating more food, it is about eating the right food.
