I recently purchased Panasonic ones. They have the rubber ends on the piece that slides into your ear canal and they lock in place. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I'm sure I picked them up at The Source for about 20 bucks!

Aug 15, 2011(42 yrs old) I was 294 lbs. Man, I hate ever admitting that. I am now 65 lbs lighter and dropping. I might add, I'm never looking back!!!

What happened yesterday is in the past. Leave it there. This shouldn't be a diet, it's a lifestyle change. You should leave your calorie goal where it is (at 1700). Thanx for your help! I just made all the corrections to my goals. It says the projected loss will be .1lbs/wk? This hopefully is wrong, but at this point I'm willing to change anything . I'm getting so frustrated with lose 1 wk then gain the next!

I went to see the doc about getting on the waiting list for weight loss surgery in our province. He said I was too fat for it n would need to lose about 30 lbs to qualify for it! Who'da thunk? Too fat for weight loss surgery!!
