Christi~get some higher calorie items like nuts, I get almonds and sunflower nuts but all nuts that I have seen are high calories. Very healthy for you BUT don't make you feel overly full. My first advice would be is to be true to yourself and log it all even if it is bad. Second make sure you are getting enough protein and fiber they help you to not feel ravenous. Try to drink water before you eat anything that might help. :flowerforyou:

Just got to say that MAN I am going to be sore tomorrow! What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger?! That workout was KILLER but it was good I burned 1092 calories in one hour! Now to go get ready for the day.

It is harder for you to lose weight if you are not eating enough and 700 calories a day is just not enough. Bump it up to at the very least 1200. I have mine set for 1640. Me I would eat something that was healthy and high in calories like nuts or seeds that would bring up my calories with out making me feel fuller. You don't want your net calories to be under 1200.
