my trainer has been using an exercise ball against the wall while I'm doing squats. I also use a wider stance as well.

I burn 1000 cal on the ellipitical during 60 minutes with my heart rate around 140-148. So 600 cal for 45 minutes sound right.

i was under the weather a little this week, but still eat right for the most part. i went to the gym twice as well this week. Igained three pounds, but lost 1/2 inch around the waist. I am trimmer this week even if the scale says not. Keep up the hard work

A banana or an apple as a snack and before I work out in the morning. In beginning it is an adjustment. I also find that I am less hungry when I have worked out that day.

Yes I started at 350 weigh-in, 347 the second, 349 the third and 338 last week with a weigh-in tomorrow morning.:smile:

I measure 3inches above the elbow. 5 inches obove the knee. And around the belly button.

I mostly do the elliptical for my cardo and I listen to the Black Eye Peas the END album LOL. I put it on shuffle so I can not judge my time by the tracks. I hope that is not to nerdy:laugh:
