Zumba is really fun. Don't worry about whether people are staring at you or anything, because believe me, they're too busy with themselves and watching the instructor. Have fun with it!

This. Shakes, for me, are completely unsatisfying too. You're better off just fitting real food into your calorie goal.
-
Work it into your calories. Moderation, not deprivation.
-
Life happens. Get back to the deficit and exercise when you feel better. Just don't let it turn into an everyday is lazy day thing.
-
If you work it into your calorie goal it won't have any effect.

6 lbs in 40 days is a good healthy loss. You're going to have to lower your expectations. Also, really strive to meet your calorie goal, don't eat under it. A goal is meant to be reached and surpassed, so don't sell yourself short on that. Otherwise it may backfire and you'll find yourself binging or have other adverse…

Yeah ddr is great. I still have the Mario one packed away with the old game cube. Have you tried the Zumba and Just Dance games? They're a good replacement.
-
Agree with this. Define "barely coming off". You also state you're not using all of your 1200 calories. Is there a reason you're doing that purposely?
-
Stop comparing. You'very lost 3 lbs slready, which is great. Keep on truckin'. Before you know it you'll be at goal.
-
Stop stressing and enjoy yourself. That's what vacations are for.

1345 days.
-
C. Try to do more next time but don't let it discourage you if you lose. Use it as inspiration.

Weight loss isn't linear. Plus you don't say how you're tracking your food, how many calories you're eating, etc. Also, what you burned 4 years ago may not be what you're burning now. Stop comparing and take it for what it is. 1lbs/week is a good sustainable loss.
-
No, you should be eating 1200 minimum without exercise. If you're exercising, you should be eating at least half of those burnt calories back (I say half because machines and mfp database often overestimate's burns). I'm the same height, weigh less and 34 and I never eat below 1200. You should reevaluate and pick a less…

Yes. Just fit it into your calorie goal.
-
Any of them. It's all about balance, taste and fitting them into your calorie goal.

You're ravenous because you're starving your body of much needed nutrition. Why are you so severely undereating? You're NOT feeling satisfied with the amount of food you're eating or you wouldn't be feeling this way. This is your body telling you it's not getting enough calories.
-
How many calories are you eating?
-
I'm not sure I understand? I weigh the fruit or vegetable, log it by gram and then eat it. If if you burn the calories right away, you're still consuming them. They don't just get negated. They still count toward your calorie consumption.

When I first started in June 2013, my goal was to lose weight in order to be able to try for my 2nd child. I wasn't getting my periods at all. I'd go months and months without one. As I lost weight, my periods started to come, and with increased regularity. Since I weighed everyday, I began to see patterns in my weight…

You can easily pre-plan eating out. Just look at the nutrition information on the restaurant's website. If you know you're going to be eating at McDonald's look at the nutrition info and pick something that's going to fit in your day's calorie goal.
-
Then you're effectively negating any deficit you would have otherwise. So on days you're eating out, you need to either eat less calories at your other meals or eat less calories when you're eating out.
-
You're already at a healthy weight, so losing 10 lbs is going to take quite a while since you don't have the fat stores to constitute large losses. You should be aiming for a .5lbs/week loss. You mentioned what your eating but not how many calories you're eating. What's your MFP goal?
-
Good. You should continue to go. Because you are worth it.
-
I do it with brussel sprouts. Steam in bag and then season and roast in oven for like 20 minutes. They crisp up just fine. Haven't tried it with others though. I usually just steam and then add a tablespoon of butter and some garlic salt.
-
I steam mine. I've never had a mushiness problem.
-
No, it's not anywhere near good.
-
Op, you were already told in your other thread that your goal wasn't healthy. No one is going to advocate a calorie goal that low. Eat more calories. Otherwise you're going to find yourself in the hospital for malnutrition.
-
1200 calories with 100 lbs to lose actually seems a bit low and too agressive. Your body is probably trying to tell you that, by 9pm you haven't given it enough nutrition. That's why you need to make sure you 1) have an appropriate calorie goal 2) are eating to your goal and 3) if you're exercising at all that you're…

It does nothing for weightloss and I'M tastes nasty. Ain't nobody got time for that.
