  • So based on the fact that I ate very badly this past holiday weekend but it seems all the exercise evened it out >>> .8 lb weight loss isnt horrible given the situation. So I was at 151 and now I'm at 150.2. I'll turn in all my measurments later today... thanks for all of your support.

  • When I lost 40lbs I went down a shoe size.. but if you're just down a few pounds my guess would be water retension is causing your issue.
