Thanks everyone...I will prob keep the cheat day...but I will log that day...and workout one day on the weekend. Jillian says its good to zig zag cals...so I guess a cheat day is good...just have to be veeery careful on the other days. I cant wait for the day I can come back here and say Im under 200 lbs

Maybe it is the type of calories Im eating. I usually do stay within my calories, but I honestly think I may be cheating too much. Me too!! Im in the same spot, and I have lost tons of weight before...I dont remember weight loss ever being this hard.

clothes are fitting a tiny tiny bit looser on SOME days, but not all. Also, I lost an inch in my waist, and then gainded it right back. :sad:

Im eating a lot though...following Drs orders...he said under 2000 a day, and Im eating 1850, and like I said, when I work out, sometimes I go over by 100 or 200....and I have a cheat day.

Wasabi Peas are AWESOME! I like chocolate rice cakes with a lil peanut butter ( good protein), and veggies and hummus or low fat dip. This time of yr...I am making candy apples...they are high in sugar, but its ok once in awhile...and I like light popcorn, with seasoning on it.

hehe kinda have to agree with u there! I love not worrying about how many cals Im eating, COUNTING everything, ect. I wonder how much time I spend counting and logging. I do like to work out though.

You know what I did to make it easy on myself? I stopped logging my workouts, and I increased my caloris by 100 each day, so I should be losing half a lb a wk, but that is without workouts. I do notice my clothes are a lil loser, so its working for me! This way, my workouts are exytra calories burned, not ones I eat, and…

I like it, but I think it could be better. I used to love her show "Workout". It was great because it was different! This show reminds me of the biggest loser 100%, workout was much better.

its really up to you, my scale just broke, and Im not buying a new one, so Ill probably weigh myself at the gym once a month. I take a measurement of my waist only about once a wk. Since I started doing weights, the scale went up a lil, so I decided to not weigh myself for a little while. I dont want to hinder my efforts…
