That is a great idea! I used to listen to audio books when I'd go on 6-8 hour car rides. It was the only thing that passed the time for me. :-)

Yes! I tried Level 1 of Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred on On Demand for free, before I purchased the DVD on Amazon. You can only do Level 1 on On Demand though, and 30 Day Shred has 3 levels, so if you want the full 30 Day workout, I'd suggest ordering the DVD. Or you could try and see if your library has it to rent. :-)

I know 30 Day Shred only uses hand weights, Tae-Bo doesn't require anything (and kicks your butt, Lol...), and yoga and pilates are pretty good workouts without equipment. In fact, I don't even have hand weights. I use canned asparagus for 30 Day Shred, Lol...

I always try to sleep in when I can, especially on the weekends. I even put the boys to bed an hour later so they'll sleep in a little later. Even if sleeping in is only 8-9am. :-)

I just take the One-A-Day woman's multivitamin. I asked my doctor for his input and based on what I eat, my energy levels, etc. he said to go ahead and take that. So, I am. :-)

I agree! I love listening to upbeat pop songs when I'm working out. Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry are my favorites. :-)

I've been doing Tae-Bo on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I take a break from 30 Day Shred. I love it! I am sweating like crazy after a good session of Tae-Bo. I used to take a class every Tuesday and Thursday in high school, and in 3 months I had lost over 30lbs. I think the upbeat music is what makes it more fun than most…

I actually started 30 Day Shred on the 15th, so I'm going to join in. I'm on D12 L2 but I did Tae-Bo today instead of 30 Day Shred, so I'm going to hit it hard tomorrow and Sunday.

I love the punches, but it's probably because I also do Tae-Bo. I hate the bicycle crunches, because they never get easier for me. It feels like that minute is 5 minutes long!

I know that this challenge was started in July, but I just wanted to say that I'm on D12 L2 of 30 Day Shred. Every day this workout kicks my butt and I've only lost 2.2lbs. I don't notice a difference in my body at all, as of yet. Congrats on everyone that is almost done the full 30 days. :)
