I Never sleep through the night with out waking up every hour! Sometimes two hours of good sleep, if that, sometimes no sleep at all, 3 to 4 on a good night! I suffer terribly with insomnia...I think my age & menopause has a lot to do with it.... it sucks!!!! :noway:

I also had my entire thyroid removed, had cancer...that was 15 years ago...but didn't struggle with a bit too much weight until i hit menopause about 4 years ago...sucks! But my wieght is coming off slow but sure. Thyroid issues can be different, heck people are different, do you have routine blood tests regularly to check…

Turned 52 last Friday, I love my birthday....it makes me feel good when a friend, family/loved one remembers and does a little something nice for me :flowerforyou:

My muffin top was getting over cooked... plus...I need to stay in shape to live healthy & feel good!

How ironic you ask, i've never tried them but I brought them for my son who never eats breakfast and he said they were "Blazing" which of course means really good! So i have a pkg in my lunch box today to try for a snack :))
