The first 3 seasons of Drop Dead Diva and The Game! Oh, and I'm kinda diggin' Felicity (so what if I'm almost 40!).

I think it's silly to expect for people to expose their food journal. Mine is open to my friends, but I absolutely reserve the right to shut it down if I see fit. I understand the issue of accountability, but we're not talking about criminal behavior or active addiction here. And if someone is battling food…

Ummmm.....I just went to your profile and, quite honestly, I'm a little puzzled. How long have you been using MFP and how often are you on here? You don't have any MFP friends so you're missing out on some valuable support and accountability. Also, are you logging your food and exercise? I'll send you a friend request but…

I think it's important to consider how often you're having these "emotional distresses". Are you bingeing every other day? Once a week? Once a month? If you're constantly in distress then there might be other issues that you need to get to the bottom of apart from the food. You might have to prune some things/people/habits…

An ex-boyfriend gave me bath mats. And not even the nice plush kind, like you might get from Bed Bath & Beyond. Nooooo.....these bath mats were tiny, canary yellow, and reminiscent of 1970s shag carpet. AND....they were bound together by a big plastic staple!

Cosby Show Roseanne The Facts of Life Good Times I still watch them on YouTube or Netflix.

Well, well...you learn something new everyday!

I'm a little concerned that they're bleeding at all! Do you think that's something you might want to talk to your doctor about? Apart from that, try Lanolin. A lot of breastfeeding mothers use that to help their nipples heal.

Go ahead and cry, sugar. And then go through your food diary with a fine toothed comb. It might help if you show us. Maybe we'll see something you don't.

Good info...thanks!

I just finished mine! But I have a question....when I enter it on my log, it doesn't calculate calories burned. Can someone tell me how to figure that? I'm at work and don't have my HRM.

Then answer to your question is in your post.

I hope this comes across as a compliment...You, in these dresses, remind me of "Julia" from Designing Women. They are indeed dresses from the 80s, but I always thought that "Julia" was a classy, attractive woman who was always pulled together.

Not really a "horror" movie, but Cape Fear did a number on me!

I had sticker shock today when I entered my kids meal from Chick-fil-a. The 8oz. lemonade was 150 cal. 6 nuggets and a small waffle fries? All together, that kids meal was almost 700 cals.

My honest opinion is that women with confidence can make a tremendous impression no matter what they wear. If you feel sexy and like the dress it hitting you in all the right spots, WORK IT!! You're not showing off the dress, the dress is showing off YOU! Whether you like to be completely covered, show a little leg, have a…

I was outside playing with my children when my (ex)husband came running out the house yelling for me to come inside to look at the breaking news. "We're being attacked!" were his words. I came inside just in time to see the second plane crash into the 2nd tower. It was unlike anything I'd ever witnessed and I was…

Shin splints indicate low Potassium. My track coach in school told us to eat bananas. It worked!! BANANAS!!!

I cope with anxiety as well. I've learned how to do some progressive muscle relaxation exercises and that helps me. I've also learned some other strategies to help keep my anxiety in check. Talking to a psychotherapist may benefit you. You mentioned being a "worrier" and procrastinating. I make myself remember what's…

I've never been in a 22, but I'm hoovering between 18 and 20 now. 20 is a bit too loose for me (20W to be exact). I'm 5' 8" and 249.

There's a concept that my husband and I keep in mind: Addition by subtraction Basically, all it means is you enrich your life by getting rid of the dead weight (no pun intended). As you lose physical weight, you'll see that there's a lot of social and psychological dead weight that gets exposed as well. Drop it, and keep…
