It was a rough week for me, but I am motivated, on track, and kicking butt this week! Thank you for being so awesome!

I have a terrible sweet tooth- so this is a fantastic way to kick off this challenge for me! I will still be eating fruits and using one packet of truvia in my coffee- I don't drink coffee every day though.

*sigh* Here we go... My name is Alyssa. I am 5'1, 25 years old. CW 144.2 GW @ end of challenge 135 UGW 125 I am less focused on the number the scale shows me and more focused on leaning and toning my body now. Being a shorter person, I don't carry this extra weight well! I can't wait to see all of the amazing after photos…

Loving those photos Dee! I am SO PUMPED to see everyone's afters :D
-
I'm aiming for 12. That's if I can start a little lighter than where I am as of today. Hoping to be close to 142 at the start of the challenge!

Welcome to MFP ladies! Please feel free to check my profile out and add me if you think I can help you out. I am standing at a 20 lb weight loss over the last two years, just recently reset my ticker to reflect my new goals and challenges.

I love the P90X program! I can't wait for my foot to finish healing from surgery so that I can start it again!

This is seriously awesome!

I've been wanting to do this run! Perhaps this year :) I did the color run in Cleveland last year, planning on the Ypsi run this year as I got to school at Eastern. I also did the Run Wild in Jeddo-out near Port Huron. There were a few other small ones I did that were local. I'm all signed up for the warrior dash this year…

Yes, I'm okay with squats. Just nothing with a high level of impact at this time. So running is out until possibly the spring. I thought lifting would be okay but I have a little trouble getting up from the bench the way we have it arranged in our house.
-
Thank you, this is helpful. I saw the Jillian Michaels one but the online reviews made it sound like garbage so I walked away.
-
I am a runner recovering from a foot surgery, so I'm looking for something I can do. Plus i really enjoy lifting. I have no idea where to start, and I really can't afford a gym or personal trainer right now :(

Hello everyone! My name is Alyssa, and I am 25 years old. I am currently between 144 and 142 pounds. I work full time as a cook, and I'm also in school full time for dietetics. I'm married and the mother of a six year old boy. My weight started to become a problem during my pregnancy, and I never was able to get it back…
-
I suppose I should throw my stats out there while I'm thinking about it. I'm 5'1" and fluctuating between 142-144 pounds currently. My pre-pregnancy weight was 117, but I had no body strength. I'm looking to get to a strong and toned 125.

Wow thank you everyone! I have been pre-logging since this post, and it has helped me tons. I have been planning dinners for a week at a time for years now, so it's not difficult for me to sit down and do the pre-logging. Combined with my new Bodymedia FIT, I can definitely feel some positive changes coming my way!

I'm so excited to see you all here! I am 100% confident that every single one of us will completely rock this challenge and look stunning at the end! Please feel free to add me if you'd like.
-
Let's do this! I can't wait to see all the after photos of you lovely ladies! We will rock this!
-
Okay, I have pre-logged breakfast, lunch, and snacks through Friday. Dinners are a bit more difficult since I never know where I'll be at that time. I can tell that this will drastically help me plan my dinners out better. Thank you again!
-
Thank you everyone :) You have all confirmed exactly what I was thinking: pre-log work and school days, that way I know exactly what I need to pack and have prepared. I work full time, go to college full time, and generally have about 4 days off per month. I think pre-logging will be the difference I need to make. You guys…

Ashley, I totally creeped on your profile. Ummm....everything! Way to go, girl!
