Got 2: "Every person is the creation of himself, the image of his own thinking and believing." "Until one is committed there is hesitancy. The chance to draw back, and therefore, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth (the ignorance of which kills countless…

I have to congratulate you for being able to take feedback. A lot of people would get offended by others not "getting" their point of view. You rock! Happy weight loss!

I am proud of everyone on MFP or anybody trying to get healthy! No matter how small the step we've all decided to start the journey in our own ways. Keep moving forward on the path no matter what setbacks happen and eventually you will reach your destination. Thanks for starting this thread Jules.

Is there a BB app that helps read the forums? Surfing to the pages with the browser and then zooming is a PITA.

First... AWESOME! Congratulations on hitting your goal. I keep hearing the last 10 pounds are the hardest. You look fantastic, btw. Second... what was the final step you did that got you there? I understand you don't want any arguments on your celebratory post but I've got 51 gone and have 14 to go.

Howie! Howie! Howie! Dude, you rock! I only know you through some posts but I'm damn proud of you! You have done it, you're still doing it and you will continue to do it!

Asus Transformer for me! I love it. Tablet takes a memory card, keyboard dock takes a memory card, keyboard dock has extra battery that charges the tablet battery (tablet docked will last for at least 14 hours). It is awesome.

I feel for ya. I gat hungry when I don't have one. Then I get the munchies.

Sorry man! Seems like an impossible situation to get out of. Mybe set one workout day aside to do a "together" workout and see if that satisfies your wife. Then find a class (not zumba) that you can both enjoy. Yoga? Kick boxing? Gym has to have alternatives.

I eat a Pure Protein Revolution bar daily. It is chocolate caramel peant flavour and taste great IMO. There is a warning about possible stomach upset due to sugar alcohols but I have never felt any discomfort. It has the best macros of any bar I have researched. 78g bar, 280 cals, 9g fat, 26g carbs, 32g protein

Totally AWESOME!!! What a great mom! I had Kirk, Spock, McCoy and a Klingon dolls when I was a kid and my parents bought me the phaser and communicator. I had many models and vulcan ears but I never had a party like the one you created for your daughter. Live long and prosper.
