OMG this sounds so good. Could you do it with Sriraicha or would that be too hot? What are you amounts for the lime juice and chili? My usual eggs are tasty, but avo sounds super rich and filling!

I don't see that available when I order online. Hm.

I tend to prefer the Healthy Choice ones that you "steam" with the little basket of food over the sauce? The boxes for them are hexagonal. They tend to have lots of high-protein choices with several at 18-22 grams. That makes me feel full longer than the Lean Cuisines. You may want to check them out.

This. So. Much. Sorry, but the shape of your muscles is genetic. Muscles are attached to bones and joints in a way that is specific to each person’s body. As an example of this, look at the bump of people’s outer thigh muscles above the knee. You will notice that some people’s quads make a bump almost right at the knee,…

The difficult thing about posting advice on these forums and defaulting with "all things in moderation" and "baby steps" is that you don't know the person on the other end, we (mostly) aren't experts and we're (mostly) talking to laypeople. That's why its hard to tell the girl who doesn't want to lift heavy to do it anyway…

Full disclosure: I sell skin care products for a company that is relatively new and not in all areas. Send me a message if you would like their website as I know advertising is a no-no. To keep your skin looking youthful you need to make sure it is well moistureized. Check the ingredients of your skin care products. You…

First and foremost, you can't spot reduce and you can't stop the jiggle without muscle (and sorry to say, but muscle when relaxed jiggles a bit too, just less like jell-o). Second, 1.5 pound weights belong in a toddler's hands, not an adult's. You won't get any kind of conditioning in muscles (which you need to reduce…

I am not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure that while you are recovering from an injury you should pretty much sit your *kitten* down and only do rehab exercises as recommended by your doc. Heal fully and then you can worry about getting back on track. If you are really concerned that 6 weeks of rest is going to make you gain…

Interesting that rather than saying they were "sexy" some of you termed it "disgusting". You don't have to be insecure to dress provocatively. You don't have to have daddy issues or anything wrong with you at all. It's okay to like miniskirts and low cut tops because they make you feel sexy. Ease up on the slut shaming.

Have you tried HMV? I tried searching amazon.jp for you since I can still read japanese relatively well and didn't have much luck. HMV usually had a large number of foreign imports if I recall. Other ideas would be to see if any other expats in your area who may be traveling for the holidays would be willing to bring it…

It's a party. Relax, because one meal won't kill you. Eat what you would find delicious and enjoy the company. Scraping off things and avoiding part are just going to make you look fussy.

I work at a desk and have traded my chair in for a $6 exercise ball. I have better posture, I'm actively sitting (keeping my core engaged) and when I need to turn or reach, I can't just slide, so I have to move a bit more. Also on those days when I am hunched over too long, I can lean back, do a few minutes of crunches and…

Turkey. Oh man the turkey is the point of the whole dinner. Also PIE! PIES FOREVER! Gimme that pumpkin pie! The whole thing.

It's possible that your legs need to get used to pounding the pavement too. If I don't jog for a week or two then start up again, the front of my shins ache. If I don't jog for a month, my feet ache and my hips ache for the first few days. Your body may be building up your bones to adjust to the extra rigor. Try walking…

I try to eat my calories back, but there are some days when I can't get any exercise in and I'm over because I feel a bit restricted and hungry with only 1600. On Saturdays I have a kickboxing class and always walk my dog or do yard work, so I end up with an extra 1300 to eat and can't manage it then. I tend to look at my…

I understand the seeming contradiction, but if you don't put fuel in the car, it won't go anywhere. Now the body is not a car, so when the body sees there's no fuel coming in, it will stop burning fat and go into conservation mode.

I tend to wear things twice, but cycle them a bit. It's hard on clothes to wash them repeatedly, so I will cycle through my three sports bras and when I'm on bra 3 for the second time, its laundry day. T-shirts usually get washed each time, but thats cause I have so many ratty old shirts that I don't think I will ever run…

Sit ups, push ups, go to the park and kick the children off the playground equipment. Use it for pullups. Find a bench and jump on and off of it with both feet. Do lunges, for extra resistance do it holding a milk jug filled with water. Pick up things you have. Run with a backpack full of weight in it. Theres loads of free…

You could always set fitness goals that have nothing to do with a scale. Running a 7 minute mile, squatting your body weight, doing a pull-up, earning a black belt or building a cookbook of healthy recipes you love to share with friends. There's still a lot to do that can keep you busy and healthy.

Super cheap option: Get a set of rings, hang em up in your garage, off a tree, in your basement. You can use them for arms with ring pushups and pull-ups. You can adjust them so you are doing pull/pushups at an angle that let you build in more challenge as you go. I'm currently working up to pullups using them. Every day I…

I still manage to get my WoW in a few times a week, I don't raid, and never have (might give it a go with the new Raid Finder). But I level alts and run dungeons and help my guildmates with stuff they are working on. I still have time for kickboxing twice a week, walking the dog nearly every day, going for a jog. It's a…

In the end, you can always just look at your pee. If it's clear, you're in the clear. If it's yellow or darker, you need to buddy up with your kitchen sink.

If they are asking you to chip in on snacks, tell them that you aren't eating any of them, so you'd prefer not to. If it's becoming an issue that it may cause problems in the office if you don't pay in, ask if you can pay a bit less than everyone else since you can't eat most of it or offer to do the snack shopping and buy…

My BF has always told me he loves my hips, butt and breasts and when I started losing weight told me "not to get too skinny, please." That was nearly 8 months ago and now that I'm 20 pounds less, I think he sees how definition makes me look shapelier, the muscles make the hips and butt firmer and the smaller waist makes my…

Have used it for nearly 10 years. Started in college and love it. It can be a little inconvenient in public restrooms, so if I'm going to be out and about for a long time on a heavy day, I tend to back up with a pad just in case of leaks. I love it and its saved me soo much money.

If you are looking for low impact due to joint problems, you might consider an rowing ergometer. Rowing is a fluid, cyclical motion and its totally non-jarring. You get a leg press, ab work and arms/shoulders at once and the only thing that determines the intensity is you. IF your gym or community center has a good one…

I don't plan for off days, but I do allow myself to enjoy a pot luck dinner, where there's no way I know what dishes were made with. I figure that big family meals (holidays, birthdays, etc) are days where I probably just shouldn't put anything into MFP because it would skew things so much and the stress of remembering…
