WOW!! I love these 30DS shreds. It makes getting up at 5:30am a lot easier knowing that I could possibly end up with your results! Thanks for the inspiration!

Your story is inspiring! Keep on believing in yourself. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you if you keep going with this fantastic attitude!

I hate it too, but I get through it by remembering that each set is actually very short, so I try to think of it as, "I can handle 30 more seconds of this" instead of dreading "I don't think I can do 20 minutes of that!" It helps me get through. So does using profanity. Loudly.

Yes, but only the ones with a carbon filter...oh wait...Or am I thinking about my Brita pitcher?

The suburbs. I always lived in cities where I had to walk everywhere. And I dawdle, so I'm usually running late, and I used to walk everywhere very quickly . I was getting at least an hour of cardio every day just by going to work, meeting friends, going home, going to the grocery store!...Damn suburbs. Now I have to drive…

When I did Level 1 the last time, I didn't really lose anything on the scale, but the tape measure showed nothing but love!

Count me in! I just started this morning. I did this before for 9 days on Level 1 but then I pinched a nerve doing something else, so had to stop. But the results were amazing! Friend me if anyone wants support for this! Here are my stats: Height: 6' Weight: 204.6 Neck: 14.5" Chest: 41" Natural waist: 35.25" Belly button:…

Amazing! I just started Day 1 of Level 1 this morning. Thanks for the inspiration!

I agree!!

Tears are my default reaction to every emotion, but I defintely have reached a point in my life where I don't take crap from people. I tend to lose respect for anyone who would think "chewing out" is the way to talk to another person. If it's someone I am personally involved with, I remain calm and tell them "I will not…

I'm the same way. If I've enjoyed an exchange with someone then I would gladly accept their friend request. And I'll occcasionally comment if something catches my eye, but I don't count on anyone for support per se. I think it's just the comfort of knowing that there are like-minded people who are in the same community.…

okay, last one. I like to cube them with other root veggies (carrots, beets, potatoes...) and acorn squash or butternut squash. Toss it all with a little olive oil and Lipton onion soup mix and then roast. This is a dinner party favorite! I might have a sweet potato addiction.

I'm with everyone else on the sweet potato fries! I usually put garlic salt and a little cumin on mine. I also like to make sweet potato soup. Just boil a peel and cube a couple of sweet potatoes and one regular potato in some veggie or chicken stock and the toss them in the blender. Add a dab of sour cream when serving.…

I didn't love the Skinny Girl margarita. I didn't stop me from drinking it though!

I'm sipping a green smoothie right now! I don't worry too much about the sugar because my focus is on cutting down added sugar (cane sugar, honey, etc..) I agree with the other poster about adjusting the greens. I like using parsley and beet greens.

Amazing!!! Your arms are absolutely fantastic! You're quite an inspiration.

My girlfriends had a day-long bachelorette party for me. I am not a fan of being the center of attention, but I was eloping and they wanted to do something special. They arranged spa treatments, brunch, shopping for the honeymoon, dinner and cocktails, so it was a really special day. The last stop was to have cocktails and…

We got one for Christmas and LOVE it! We blend a green smoothie every morning and then my husband makes extra so I can have a late afternoon snack. I used to be so drained by 3pm, but the afternoon smoothie gives me an energy boost! Today is: turnip, beet greens, parsley, mango and orange.

In the months leading up to my 20 year highschool reunion, old classmates started to friend each other on Facebook. I received a friend request from someone who I don't recall ever knowing in highschool, but I accepted it anyway because we had so many mutual friends, he was also down in DC, and he was so cute! We chatted…

Love this!

That's fantastic! Mine is for my spare tire to deflate. When I lose weight, my arms, shoulders, face, and legs show it immediately. But there is always too much belly pouring over the sides of my jeans.

I went on a date that was so bad that I finally just jumped in a taxi and went home. The worst part was that it took him 45 minutes to realize I was gone.

Starvation mode is the most dangerous epidemic facing the dieting community.

Have you ever tried Dr. Hauschka? I first bought the cleanser and moisturizer when I was in Europe, and now I can find it here in the States. In the winter I tend to have very dry skin and I found that line to be pretty gentle but provided good moisture.

You've inspired me! I will be hitting the running store for a new pair of shoes this weekend!

I worked in an onion packing house on a kibbutz in Israel. Yes, it's as glamorous as it sounds.

I used to. I think I've been in a slump for a while, and now I feel frumpy. I think it's because I don't pamper myself the way I used to, and I now I notice the negative things about my looks instead of celebrating the positive. I'm working on it though!

I've got about 15-20 lbs on my husband. I'm almost 2" taller than he is, but the goal is to be a couple lbs less than him.
