It took me about two weeks to start loosing any kind of weight.. I only changed my diet like you seem to have in the beginning. When i saw the weight to finally start going down i started doing more cardio exercises and then my scale became my friend. So basically i'm sayin Don't Give Up! It'll pay off if you keep with it!

You got that! Its going to happen if you do exercise for at least 20 minutes three times a week and track your calories and be under your daily goal! Its going to be a little hard and uncomfortable getting in the habit of going out and exercising but it is soooo worth it. You'll see!

Its up to you! I say yes.. I do that all the time.. Its more of a guideline for daily counting I feel, so you could technically be counting calories for the week or whatever.. -its just easier to count them by the day i think.

I can't seem to find time or interest in breakfast also.. I recommend to keep trying! I recently just got back into doing pull ups and about a month ago i could barely do one.. I just kept at it every other day or so and then one day i could do one. From then on its just building on what you can do. So the next week or so i could do one plus a partial untill i could do two. Now…

They seem to work for me! I drink one every morning because they are not too expensive and taste pretty good. I usually don't eat a breakfast and have read up that its really good for your metabolism to have a morning meal like you mentioned. So yeah keep it up! I like the strawberries and cream one!

Would you be opposed to enjoying complex carbs instead? They include Brown Natural rice and Whole wheat bread.. You should collect them and harvest the pine nuts out of them. They are very nutritious and are totally edible.

Nice Tips! People can also eat healtier snacks too- like Almonds and fruit! If i'm feeling like snacking on something i have an apple or an orange. Bananas are really good for you and help out by boosting your mood to a better level as well as providing vitamins and minerals that are great for your health. :)

Hey! I feel like it isn't designed for weight loss. It is more of a muscle optimizer so it'll add weight to someone using it. Its great for buidling muscle but if your goal is weight loss its best to sticking to calorie counting. I'm all for it but its up to you. Good luck no matter what!

You should be fine. Fruits and Veggies are great for you and it should be ok to go over every once and a while. I'm sure there are days where u are under your daily totals like me and it all evens out! Keep It Up!!

Just do some extra excercise and you will be fine! Walking or Bike riding are a great way to burn calories.. Your hard work will pay off in the long run. Your body is just getting into the burning mode probably and it takes a little while to ramp up the metabolism. Don't Give Up!

Wow all good suggestions! I like avocadoes and almonds! Must have! Both are important in your diet. Also for lunch I have fresh berries and yogurt mixed. Very tasty!
