I really like Nike Training Club (NTC). They have a variety of exercises for all levels. They also allow you to choose your goal (mobility, strength, endurance) and available equipment (none, basic, full).

I'm on my 3rd Garmin watch (Venu SQ Music). My mother and son have my old watches (vivosmart 4 and vivofit 2). They last a very long time and I only upgraded to have the GPS functionality. Steps: 4/4:3,888 4/5:5,851 Even though I went to the gym yesterday, I didn't hit my step goals. It's super discouraging. Some days I go higher and some days I'm way under. I'm going to work on consistently hitting my 8,000 steps next week. Hopefully, I'll do better next week.
