When your mouth hurts everything feels out of whack (trust me, I'm currently wearing braces). I'm glad you were able to make it to the dentist and hopefully as the anxiety comes down, so will the weight. You got this, nothing is linear.

I also walked to the GO train station (commuter train) so I was able to knock out a walking workout on the way home. I'm not mad at that step count!

They're from Toronto! I live in Mississauga and we went to the event at Massey Hall. They have one in Montreal next week and Oakville the week after before they leave Canada for a while. We sang We Will Rock You and Tyler from The Barenaked Ladies came out to do the drum beat. It was such a good time :)
